Terms & Conditions — sms808

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the sms808 website, mobile interface, and all associated services accessible at sms808.cam and any subdomains thereof.
• "Account" means the registered user profile created by a Player upon completing the sms808 registration process.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who has registered an Account on sms808 and uses the Platform's services.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money stake placed by a Player on a sporting event, casino game, lottery draw, or any other betting market offered on sms808.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds currently held in a Player's sms808 Account wallet, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by sms808 to a Player's Account that are subject to separate wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable Balance.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by sms808 before a Player may withdraw funds or access higher account limits.
• "IDR" / "Rupiah" means Indonesian Rupiah, the official currency of Indonesia, which is the sole supported currency on the sms808 Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which sms808 does not accept registrations or wagers as determined by the Platform's internal compliance policies.

To register and maintain an active Account on sms808, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. sms808 strictly prohibits access by minors. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended and all associated funds returned after deducting any bonuses claimed.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and automated bots may not register Accounts on sms808.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of, or physically located in, a Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of placing any Wager.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of sms808, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have previously had an Account closed by sms808 for rule violations.

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only on sms808. Duplicate accounts — whether opened under the same identity, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any Bonus Funds held therein.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. sms808 may, at any time, require you to verify the information provided during registration. Failure to provide accurate information, or providing false information, constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and entitles sms808 to close your Account immediately.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You agree to:

• Select a strong, unique password and never share it with any third party.
• Log out of your Account when using a shared or public device.
• Notify sms808 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your Account, whether authorized by you or not, until such time as you notify sms808 of any unauthorized access.

sms808 will never contact you by email or live chat to ask for your Account password. Any communication purporting to do so should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team without delay.

All transactions on sms808 are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). No currency conversion fees are charged by sms808; however, individual banks or e-wallet providers may apply their own transfer fees, for which sms808 accepts no liability.

sms808 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following locally integrated payment channels:

All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The Player must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the sms808 Account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. sms808 reserves the right to adjust minimum and maximum transaction thresholds at its discretion with reasonable notice.
• Any Balance derived from Bonus Funds that has not yet satisfied the applicable wagering requirement may not be withdrawn until those requirements are fully met.
• sms808 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above Rp 10.000.000 per transaction.

sms808 may, at its sole discretion, offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, free spins, and other incentive programs to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed account registration and, where specified, made a qualifying deposit within the promotional window.
• Each Player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once only. Any attempt to claim a welcome bonus multiple times — including through duplicate accounts — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus amounts and may lead to Account suspension.
• Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement (also referred to as a rollover requirement) specified in the individual promotion terms. Until the wagering requirement is met, Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each promotion. Unused Bonus Funds that have not met their wagering requirement will expire automatically at the end of the validity period.
• Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, mix parlay (accumulator football bets), live casino side bets, and progressive jackpot wagers may contribute a reduced percentage — or zero — toward satisfying a bonus wagering requirement.
• sms808 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated via the Platform with reasonable notice where practicable.

All Wagers placed on sms808 — whether on football markets (including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Champions League), togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), sabung ayam (live cockfighting), e-sports, or any casino product — are subject to the following overarching rules:

• Once a Wager has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it is final and binding. Wagers cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player after acceptance, except where an "early cash-out" feature is explicitly available for the relevant market and the Player elects to use it before the market closes.
• Odds displayed on sms808 are subject to change until the moment a Wager is confirmed. The odds at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to the Wager.
• sms808 reserves the right to void any Wager where there is credible evidence of match-fixing, data feed error, system malfunction, or any other event that materially affects the integrity of the relevant market outcome.
• In the event of a palpable error in odds (manifestly incorrect odds due to a technical or human input error), sms808 reserves the right to void affected Wagers and return the staked amount to the Player's Balance.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per Player. Current maximum payout thresholds are published on the Platform and may be updated periodically.
• All mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets are governed by standard Asian Handicap accumulator rules. If a leg is voided, it is treated as a push (1.00) and the accumulator continues with the remaining legs.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on sms808. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their Account suspended and any winnings derived from such conduct forfeited:

• Opening more than one Account, whether under the same or different identity details.
• Using software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or any automated system to place Wagers or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for natural human use.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting ("arbing") where the primary intent is to exploit odds discrepancies across markets or promotions rather than genuine recreational wagering.
• Colluding with other Players in live poker, live casino, or any competitive game format offered on sms808.
• Attempting to launder money or using the sms808 Platform for any illegal financial transaction.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, degrades, or interferes with the technical operation of the sms808 Platform.
• Attempting to access another Player's Account or the Platform's administrative infrastructure without authorization.

All content on the sms808 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, user interface design, software code, game assets, promotional graphics, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of sms808 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, recreational wagering purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any Platform content without prior written consent from sms808.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform.
• Use the sms808 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any commercial context without express written authorization.
• Create derivative works based on any content extracted from the sms808 Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sms808 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform's services, whether planned or unplanned.
• Loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of wagering opportunity resulting from technical failures, network outages, or force majeure events beyond sms808's reasonable control.
• Any unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate password security.
• Your reliance on information, odds, or statistics displayed on the Platform that subsequently prove to be inaccurate due to data feed errors.
• Decisions made by regulatory or governmental authorities that affect the availability of the Platform in your jurisdiction.

sms808's total aggregate liability to any Player, in respect of any single claim or series of related claims, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to sms808 in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

sms808 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account on sms808, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

sms808 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions between your device and the Platform's servers. Player financial data and identity documents submitted for KYC purposes are stored in encrypted form on access-controlled infrastructure.

• sms808 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion involving the Account.
• The Player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• A regulator, law enforcement authority, or court of competent jurisdiction has instructed sms808 to restrict or close the Account.

In the event of Account closure due to a breach of these Terms, sms808 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from prohibited conduct. Real-money Balance (excluding forfeited amounts) will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method subject to satisfactory KYC completion.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account in good standing may do so by contacting our support team. Any remaining real-money Balance will be withdrawn to the Player's registered payment method within 5 business days of the closure request.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law, as applied by the jurisdiction in which sms808 is incorporated and licensed to operate.

sms808 makes no representation that the services offered on this Platform are legal or appropriate for use in any specific jurisdiction. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ascertain whether accessing and using the sms808 Platform complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction of residence.

Any dispute between a Player and sms808 that cannot be resolved amicably through our customer support process shall first be submitted to binding arbitration before being pursued through any court of competent jurisdiction. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

sms808 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, sms808 will provide notice via the Platform at least 7 days before the revised terms take effect. Non-material changes (such as clarifications, corrections to typographical errors, or updates to contact information) may take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the sms808 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12 of these Terms.
